1. Scope and controller
This Policy explains how ErosGen handles personal data when you visit, create an account, purchase credits, generate media, contact us, or submit a report. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
“ErosGen,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service operator responsible for this website and the services described in these notices.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, provider identifiers, account status, authentication and security records.
- Media and generation data: uploaded images, generated outputs, selected templates and controls, job identifiers, status, timestamps, and error details.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, request logs, cookies, and security signals.
- Purchase data: credit package, amount, currency, payment status, provider reference, invoices, and fraud or dispute signals. We do not receive full card numbers or wallet secrets.
- Marketing and reward data: referral identifiers, campaign attribution, reward activity, and conversion events.
- Support and safety data: messages, report details, content locators, attestations, electronic signatures, and records needed to investigate or respond.
3. Image and face processing
ErosGen processes faces and other image features to perform the transformation you request. Generation systems may create temporary technical representations, such as embeddings, during processing. We do not use those representations to verify your real-world identity or to create a public face-search service.
Do not upload another person unless you have the authority described in our Terms.
4. How we use information
- provide accounts, uploads, generation, downloads, credits, rewards, and support;
- authenticate users, prevent fraud, rate-limit abuse, secure infrastructure, and enforce policies;
- process one-time purchases, reconcile credits, and respond to refunds or disputes;
- investigate reports, remove content, preserve required records, and protect depicted people;
- measure reliability, diagnose failures, improve templates and product performance, and communicate service changes; and
- comply with law, court orders, regulator requests, and valid law-enforcement process.
5. Retention and deletion
Uploaded and generated media is scheduled for deletion after seven days. You may delete completed generation media sooner from the product. Deletion removes owned media objects first and may leave a minimized job record showing that a generation occurred, its status, and deletion timing.
Requesting account deletion logs you out and schedules immediate media deletion. The account remains recoverable for 30 days, after which identity data is anonymized or removed subject to legal, fraud, billing, security, and backup requirements. Payment ledgers, safety reports, audit records, and legally preserved records may remain longer because they serve different obligations.
6. Sharing and service providers
We disclose information only as needed to:
- hosting, database, storage, GPU processing, security, email, analytics, and customer-support providers acting for us;
- payment providers processing checkout, settlement, refunds, fraud controls, or disputes;
- marketing and attribution partners for campaign events, subject to available controls and applicable law;
- professional advisers, transaction counterparties, or a successor operator under confidentiality protections; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, hotlines, or affected people when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm.
We do not sell uploaded images or generated media for money.
7. Cookies and similar technology
ErosGen uses essential storage and cookies for sessions, security, preferences, referral attribution, and abuse prevention. Analytics or marketing technology may be used to understand campaigns and product performance. Browser settings can block some technology, but essential functions may then stop working.
8. International transfers and security
Providers may process data outside your country. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and destination. No service is perfectly secure; we limit access, use authentication and signed service boundaries, and monitor for misuse, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive certain personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can delete generation media and initiate account deletion in the product. For other requests, contact privacy [at] erosgen.com.
We may need enough information to verify that a requester is entitled to act, but standard ErosGen account creation does not require KYC or a government identity document.
10. Adult-only service
ErosGen is not directed to anyone under 18 or under the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or appear in uploaded or generated sexual content. Use Report abuse immediately if you believe a minor is involved; do not attach or redistribute the material.
11. Changes and contact
