1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing ErosGen, creating an account, purchasing credits, or generating content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and at least the age of majority where you live. You may use ErosGen only where adult synthetic-media services are lawful.
If you use ErosGen for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts and access
Keep your account and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must give us accurate contact information. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.
3. Images, consent, and authority
You may upload an image only when every depicted person is an adult and one of the following is true:
- you are the only depicted person; or
- each other depicted adult gave explicit, informed permission for this specific kind of synthetic transformation and distribution.
You must be able to demonstrate that authority if we reasonably ask during an abuse investigation. Consent may be withdrawn; stop using and sharing affected content when it is withdrawn. Do not upload public figures, strangers, former partners, or private individuals without valid permission.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use ErosGen to create, upload, request, store, or share:
- any depiction of a minor or anyone presented as a minor, including sexualized, exploitative, or grooming-related material;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sextortion, or voyeuristic content;
- deceptive impersonation, fraud, defamation, threats, harassment, stalking, or blackmail;
- content that promotes violence, trafficking, abuse, illegal services, or sexual activity without capacity to consent;
- content that infringes copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark, or other rights;
- malware, automated abuse, scraping, security attacks, account trading, or attempts to bypass safety controls; or
- any use prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, payment-provider rules, or these Terms.
Attempting a prohibited use is itself a violation, whether or not a generation succeeds.
5. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or unexpectedly resemble real people. You are responsible for reviewing an output before using or sharing it and for labeling synthetic media when law or context requires.
We do not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, suitable for publication, or available indefinitely.
6. Your content and our limited licence
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your uploads and outputs. You grant ErosGen a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, transform, transmit, and moderate your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups, legal preservation, safety records, and other records we must retain.
7. Credits, payment, and refunds
ErosGen currently sells credits as one-time purchases. Purchases do not auto-renew or create recurring charges. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold unless we expressly allow it.
A fixed-term package may deliver credits in monthly allotments during its stated term. Each allotment may expire at the end of its period and does not roll over unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
Prices, taxes, package contents, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, credited or used purchases are final. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a technical failure to deliver purchased credits. We may refuse refunds for used credits, policy violations, or chargeback abuse.
8. Reporting, removal, and enforcement
Use Report abuse for policy violations and Content removal if you are depicted or authorized to act for a depicted person. We may remove content, preserve records, restrict accounts, block repeat offenders, and cooperate with competent authorities when reasonably necessary.
Do not download or attach suspected child sexual exploitation material. Report only the locator and factual context.
9. Service availability and disclaimers
ErosGen is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ErosGen and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ErosGen during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, lack of consent or authority, infringement, fraud, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Singapore law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and ErosGen submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except that either party may seek urgent protective relief in any competent court.
